Say: I'm a constituent asking you to cosponsor H.R. 1939, the U.S. Engagement in Sudanese Peace Act, introduced by Rep. Gregory Meeks. It would require sanctions on foreign persons who commit or enable atrocities against civilians in Sudan, block humanitarian aid, or violate the UN arms embargo on Darfur.
