How to do it
Use the MoD's official online enquiry form (it no longer takes general enquiries by email) to ask the Ministry of Defence to cooperate with the Kenyan Directorate of Criminal Investigations' probe ordered by the National Assembly's defence committee, to publish the findings of the 2003-2004 BATUK internal inquiry into rape allegations, and to accept that BATUK soldiers accused of sexual offences can be prosecuted under Kenyan law in the renegotiated Defence Cooperation Agreement. The MoD aims to reply within 20 working days.
