Qatar's Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) runs an online complaints form, in English and Arabic, for reporting corruption and dishonesty in ministries, government bodies, state-affiliated companies and public-interest organisations. It is not a way to comment on or reopen this case: ACTA says it does not consider complaints already before the courts or the Public Prosecution or decided by a judicial ruling, nor complaints without specific verifiable facts. Use it only if you have first-hand, specific information about similar wrongdoing in a Qatari public entity. The form asks for your name, national ID, employer, address and contact details, and requires you to certify the information is correct.
