How to do it
CBP accepts forced-labor allegations about imported goods through its Forced Labor Allegation Portal; contact details are optional and reports can be anonymous. If you have specific, timely information about labor conditions at Central Romana or its supply chain, submit it there, naming the supply-chain entities involved. CBP said it modified its 2022 withhold release order in March 2025 after 'documented improvements' it did not identify; labor groups dispute that conditions improved.
