How to do it
If you have first-hand information about bribery or corruption connected to the $2.5 million Treasury payment diverted in Sri Lanka, such as who authorised or benefited from it, report it to the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC). It takes complaints by hotline 1954, by email to ciaboc_gen@ciaboc.gov.lk, or by fax, post or in person, and accepts anonymous letters. Give names, dates and documents; CIABOC only handles matters within its anti-corruption mandate, so do not send opinions about the case.
