How to do it
Call the Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask for your Representative's office. Say: "I'm a constituent calling to ask the Representative to cosponsor H.R. 7865, the American Consumer Tariff Rebate Act. Importers are getting back billions in tariffs that the Supreme Court struck down, while the consumers who paid higher prices get nothing. This bill would send that refund money to consumers as direct payments."
