How to do it
If you see a facility that appears to be releasing air pollution in violation of its permit, you can report it to EPA through the ECHO online reporting form. Name the facility, date and what you observed; contact details are optional. For an emergency spill or release posing immediate danger, call 911 and the National Response Center at 1-800-424-8802.
