The Campaign for Judicial Accountability and Reforms has called on the Chief Justice of India to direct that an FIR be registered with the Delhi Police over the cash found at Justice Varma's residence. The Supreme Court has no public form for this; its contact page lists the Registrar as the correspondence address (Registrar, Supreme Court of India, Tilak Marg, New Delhi-110001, email supremecourt[at]nic[dot]in, phone 011-23116400). You can write there to urge that the request be placed before the Chief Justice. Limits: this is a general correspondence address, replies are not guaranteed, and a letter is not a legal petition.
