The UN Special Procedures online submission form (OHCHR) lets individuals and organisations send information about alleged human rights violations to the independent UN experts, who may write to the government concerned. Use it to submit documented cases of detention or targeting linked to Turkey's 'My Family Is Safe' operation of September 2026. This channel is for people with first-hand or well-documented information (victims, families, lawyers, witnesses, NGOs). The UN says submissions must be credible and detailed and cannot rest only on mass-media reports.
