Submit information to the UN Special Procedures (for example the Special Rapporteur on torture) about the death of Gökhan Açıkkollu in Istanbul police custody in 2016. Reference that the Istanbul prosecutor issued non-prosecution decisions in December 2016 and May 2020, and that the Constitutional Court ruled on 30 July 2025 that the right to life and the prohibition of torture were violated. This channel is for people with first-hand or well-documented information (victims, families, lawyers, witnesses, NGOs). The UN says submissions must be credible and detailed and cannot rest only on mass-media reports.
