Missouri, which dismissed the case on standing without ruling on whether White House pressure on Facebook and Twitter amounted to unconstitutional coercion. A 2026 settlement bars the Surgeon General, CDC and CISA from threatening platforms over these plaintiffs' protected speech, but it admits nothing and leaves the broader question open.
