How to do it
The UN Special Procedures (independent human rights experts of the Human Rights Council) accept submissions about alleged violations from any individual, group or civil-society organisation through the online form at spsubmission.ohchr.org. If you have first-hand information about killings, displacement or destruction of homes in south Lebanon (for example as a survivor, relative, aid worker or documenter), you can submit it there with dates, places and what you witnessed. The page says communications must be detailed and credible and cannot be based only on media reports, so do not use it to re-send news articles.
