Republican Jewish Coalition

Republican pro-Israel group; spent millions to oust Thomas Massie

Organization · United States · Organization

The Republican Jewish Coalition (RJC) is a 501(c)(4) group that ties Republican politics to hardline support for Israel. Matthew Brooks is executive director and Norm Coleman is chairman, and it reported about $13.4M in revenue for 2024. It funds election spending through the RJC Victory Fund super PAC and its own PAC. Its biggest 2026 target was Republican Thomas Massie, who voted against aid to Israel and backed war-powers votes against the war on Iran. Louisville Public Media found the RJC Victory Fund spent $3.9M on ads for challenger Ed Gallrein. Its largest disclosed donor was $5M from Kua Ventures LLC, an entity with no public footprint, which is a polite way of saying nobody knows whose money it is. Massie lost 54–45 in May 2026 in what Responsible Statecraft called the most expensive House primary in US history.
