Glenn Ivey has represented Maryland's 4th Congressional District since January 2023. In the July 2022 Democratic primary the United Democracy Project (UDP), AIPAC's super PAC, spent about $1.7M supporting him and about $4.26M attacking his rival, former Representative Donna Edwards, according to FactCheck.org's tally of FEC filings; Wikipedia puts UDP's total in the race at $5.9M. Ivey won 51.8% to 35.2%, and told The Washington Post AIPAC's help was 'extremely helpful'. He supports a two-state solution, opposes the BDS movement and voted to fund Iron Dome. He was re-elected in 2024 with 88.4% and won his 2026 primary with 79.2%. In July 2026 he voted for an amendment to block $3.3B in annual US security assistance to Israel, citing Israel's conduct in Gaza, a shift for a candidate AIPAC's money helped elect.
