EU arms licensor to Israel
Country · Lithuania · Country
Lithuania issued one military-export licence for Israel in 2023, worth €177,000, and delivered the full €177,000 that year, according to the EU's annual arms-export report. The licence came in the year Israel launched the assault on Gaza that the UN Commission of Inquiry concluded in September 2025 constitutes genocide; the Commission urged all states to halt arms transfers that may be used in genocidal acts. Its single licence shows how widely the EU's licensing for Israel was spread across member states. The EU data do not identify the equipment licensed. EU licences for Israel totalled €948.12M in 2023.
