Kathy Warden

Northrop Grumman CEO; paid 224 times her median worker

Northrop Grumman CEO · Person · United States

Kathy Warden is chair, CEO and president of Northrop Grumman, which designs and produces the centre fuselage for every F-35, including Israel's; it delivered the centre fuselage for Israel's first F-35 in 2015. Her total pay was $25.4M for 2025, up from $24.4M in 2024, which Northrop disclosed as 224 times its median employee's pay. Ten days after 7 October 2023 she told investors what the bombing meant for business: 'As we saw last week, the administration continues to make supplemental requests for urgent needs, including those in Ukraine and Israel.' State Street, BlackRock and Vanguard together own about a quarter of her company. An Israeli F-35 carried out the July 2024 al-Mawasi strike that killed 90 people, according to Campaign Against Arms Trade. UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese's July 2025 report says the F-35 and F-16 were integral to Israel's ability to drop an estimated 85,000 tons of bombs on Gaza.
