Aggregate: all foreign governments signing Israeli arms deals
Organization
This node is not a single buyer. It stands for every foreign government that signs arms deals with Israel's weapons industry, as reported each year by the Israel Ministry of Defense's export agency SIBAT. Israel reported record export deals of $13.07B in 2023 and over $14.7B in 2024, with missile, rocket and interceptor systems making up 48% in 2024. Europe was the largest regional customer, at 54% of 2024 deals. The buyers fund the companies that arm Israel's military at home. The UN Special Rapporteur's July 2025 report says Israeli weapons are marketed as "battle-proven" after use in the occupation and repeated military campaigns. Customers on this map include Germany, Finland, Denmark, Slovakia and Greece. A clearer label is "Foreign buyers of Israeli weapons".
