EU arms licensor to Israel
Country · Estonia · Country
Estonia issued four military-export licences for Israel in 2023 worth €52,500 and delivered €17,292 in actual arms exports, according to the EU's annual arms-export report. The sums are small, but they were approved in the year Israel launched the assault on Gaza that the UN Commission of Inquiry concluded in September 2025 constitutes genocide, after which the Commission called on all states to stop transferring arms that may be used for genocidal acts. The EU data list licence values by military-list category but do not identify products or end users. Across the EU, licences for Israel totalled €948.12M in 2023, led by Germany, Greece and France.
