TikTok USDS

US TikTok joint venture; 15% owned by Israel-allied Oracle

Company · United States · Organization

TikTok USDS is the U.S. TikTok joint venture set up in Jan 2026, in which Oracle, MGX and Silver Lake each hold 15%. Its significance on this map is who now holds a key to the platform. Oracle, according to Who Profits, develops and provides software and services through its Israeli subsidiary to the Israel Ministry of Defense and the Israeli military, and The Intercept reports it has worked with the state weapons maker Rafael on cloud-based AI. Its founder Larry Ellison once offered Benjamin Netanyahu a seat on Oracle's board, The Intercept reported, and its then-CEO Safra Catz told staff in November 2024: 'if you're not for America or Israel, don't work here'. Those are now the people with a stake in the app's U.S. operations.
