Comptroller's office refers Antigua Guatemala's mayor and seven officials to prosecutors over Q20.9 million paid for a records platform that was never delivered

Guatemala's Contraloria General de Cuentas (CGC) said the Antigua Guatemala municipality paid Q20.94 million of a Q36.65 million 2025 contract (No. 05-2025) with Gisystems for a "DAT-ANTIGUA" digital property-management platform that, per the CGC, was never delivered or installed.
