Kerala sat on the Hema Committee report for nearly five years; High Court: 'You have done nothing in 4 years except sit on the report'

The Justice K. Hema Committee, set up by the Kerala government, submitted its report on sexual harassment and working conditions for women in the Malayalam film industry on 31 December 2019.
