What happened
On December 23, 2025 the Justice Department released over 11,000 additional Epstein-related documents. They name Donald Trump as a passenger on Jeffrey Epstein's private plane on at least eight flights between 1993 and 1996 (CNN, NPR, PBS). DOJ stated that some pre-2020-election claims about Trump in the files are 'untrue and sensationalist.' The documents also reference 10 unnamed 'co-conspirators'; Reps. Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie pursued 'inherent contempt' proceedings against Attorney General Pam Bondi over what they say is an incomplete release. Trump has not been accused of wrongdoing related to Epstein.
