What happened
On 30 March 2025 Israel's High Court unanimously rejected petitions by Gisha, HaMoked, Physicians for Human Rights Israel, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel and Adalah, saying the petitioners had 'not even come close' to showing Israel was starving Gaza's civilians. The court held Israel must allow and facilitate aid rather than provide it, and noted the ruling was written before Israel's 2 March decision to halt aid. Gisha said the ruling gave a green light to continue committing war crimes.
