KPK detains Sukoharjo Regent Etik Suryani, names her suspect for extorting subordinate officials' incentive pay

The KPK alleges Etik used two regent decrees as cover to extort roughly 40% of incentive payments due to Regional Financial Management Agency staff, with billions of rupiah plus foreign currency and precious metals seized.
